Shopio provides email templates for your store. These emails are sent out to you, your staff, or your customers, depending on the event (e.g. "your order has shipped").
To edit these templates:
1. Find Themes tab and choose E-mail Templates.
2. Click the template you want to change.
3. You can edit the body and the subject of the email by editing the fields.
"customer.activation.tpl" - sends an Activiation Link to customers when they created an account at your store.
"customer.resetpassword.tpl" - sends a Password Reset Link to customers if they click "I forgot my password" button.
"order.cancelled.tpl" - sends an information about cancelled order to the related customer.
"order.pending.tpl" - sends an information to inform the customers that their order has been received.
"order.paid.tpl" - sends an information to inform customers that their payment has been confirmed.
"order.shipping.notification.tpl" - sends an information to inform the customers that their order has been shipped.
"admin.orderpaid.tpl" - sends an information about paid order to the Store Admin.
"admin.orderpending.tpl" - sends an information about pending order to the Store Admin.
4. Click Save.
