Can I use third party conversion tracking codes on my Shopio store?

You can add your tracking code to track your orders on your Shopio store easily.

  • Visit your Settings >> General Settings menu.
  • Scroll down to the Tracking Code field at the bottom of the page.
  • Copy and paste the tracking code into the field.

This code will be automatically added to your success page (aka "thank you" page) that customers redirected after an successful purchase. This will make you able to track your orders.
